Painted Arrow Pro-Staff isn't a giveaway list, and it isn't open to everyone who sends a DM. It's a small, hand-picked roster of hunters, shooters, and content creators who carry the arrow into the field, in front of real audiences, and put our gear to work where it matters.
We build products for people who actually hunt — not for a shelf. Pro-Staff is how that gear gets tested, filmed, reviewed, and put in front of the market before, during, and after every launch. When you're on the team, you're not just wearing the logo. You're one of the voices deciding what Painted Arrow looks like to the next hundred thousand people who find us for the first time.
This is a working roster, not a fan club. We're selective about who wears the patch, because every person on this team is representing the brand whether they're on camera or not.
What We Ask of You
Pro-Staff is a two-way trade: your reach and content for our product and support. In practice, that means:
